Mars Campers

purchased a new vanguard camper. Poor quality, annexe poles fell down and tore annexe. Returned for repairs, came back missing all the poles, handle broken, tear not repaired. They aren't prepared to do any more. Would not recommend to anyone, very disappointed. * Edit to answer Mars Reply. Have attached original list of items it was returned for, which was provided at drop off at suppliers, and was in toolbox upon return. We started off very polite requesting assistance in fixing the problem. Annexe collapsed causing the damage to the camper from the poles that I don't understand how you expect them to stay in the eyelets. I did not mention the broken handle because we fixed it ourself, I also did not mention that the camper was missing the eyelet connection upon return (which we also refitted ourself) or that the connection for the rear numberplate light was squashed and broken (which we are going to fix ourself) or that one of the poles in the 'new poles' broke the top part off before we even had the annexe erected, which we have fixed ourself. The tear was not a new tear, as per the list, it was there originally. BTW the kitchen lock is still terrible but that's ok, we will just leave it unlocked. As explained in email previously sent the camper could be fantastic, but is let down by poor quality of SOME of the components. **Won't let me post photo of the list happy to provide as proof if required.

I have been to 4 different stores and Mars were the only company that i was happy with the service and product. Picked it up last month and have been on a trip already. Great camper and very easy to set up and pack down. Highly recommend!!!
